We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and are proud that we go above and beyond in the creation of your item, its packaging and getting it on its way to you. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your item, you can request a refund or store credit within 5 days. The item will need to be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to you. Return shipping charges will be paid by the BUYER. Once I receive the item back, I will issue your refund to your credit/debit card (or other payment method) right away. The time for the money to process varies depending on your card holders policies.
If by some accident, you receive the wrong product or the item you chose is defective, Elyse Embellishments will get the correct item to you immediately at our cost. I make sure to double check each and every item and package, so this situation is extremely rare.
All items are shipped out within 2-3 days of your order being placed (This does not include Sundays and Holidays). Most of the time, they are shipped same day. I use First Class Mail through USPS which can take 3-7 days to receive. Depending on the weather, holidays, etc. it could be longer. If you need the items sooner, please let me know and we can discuss a quicker method. All shipments will be updated with tracking numbers.
Once packages have arrived at the post office, they are out of our control. In the instance of a lost package, we will do what we can in order to help get it found or, if need be, get you your refund through paypal, usps, etc.
We do offer international shipping and charges vary by location. International Shipping usually takes within 1-4 weeks to reach its destination (depending on location and your choice of shipping options.) We are not responsible for international Custom charges, taxes and Tariffs. Each country has different policies and It is the customers responsibility to know the details of these.
